Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Benidorm!

The location is unbeatable, right near the vibrant nightlife. The staff impressed me with their attentiveness, especially during meals. Breakfast offered a good buffet, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere among guests during the fiesta. For future guests, confirm your room choice upon arrival to avoid any mix-ups!

Location, cleanliness of the hotel even the toilets at reception were always spotless. Efficiency of the all the staff without exception. Food with some of the best I have had fresh well cooked, (even better than some restaurants I have visited).

Ja, the food was just lekker! They had this awesome breakfast spread, way better than expected. The staff were super friendly, always up for a joke or two. And the spa? Worth every cent, proper relaxation after a long day out!

One night the noise from the bars was a bit much. Didn't get to sleep till late.

A twin room with fresh towels has basic facilities you need.

Evening meals wasn't the greatest, but you could find something eat. I like to be excited by evening meals, this lacked excitement

Inquire about renting pool towels to save space in your luggage. It's an easy option often overlooked.

We loved it, didn't want to leave, recommend. The restaurant here was really nice for breakfast & tea, we both ordered appetising dishes. The location was perfect and best possible, not too far from Space.

Location good, if you are able to do plenty of walking.

When I booked toiletries were included, there was 1 very small bar of soap and 1 sachet of bath gel. When I asked for more was told I had my allocation, do they expect that to last or 7 days? If you wanted a bath mat you had to request, I feel for health and safety 1 should have been supplied automatically. No kettle in the room. Not very clean room and very nasty smell. NO WAY WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The large room offered a great balcony view of the pool, a nice start to our mornings. The fridge inside was handy for keeping drinks cool. The staff were really good, always ready to assist with a smile.

The noise levels from nearby nightlife were bothersome, especially at night.

Although almost all the guests are foreigners, they should arrange something in Spanish, because remember that we are in Spain and not in England, everything else is fine.

The themed bars were a fun touch. My twin room had a lovely pool view. The rainwater shower was fantastic.
